Mechanical Laborer-Warehouse General Laborer

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Mechanical Laborers to join our fast-paced warehouse team. This hands-on role involves general labor duties combined with basic mechanical or automotive skills to support the efficient operation of our distribution center. If you have a strong work ethic, are safety-conscious, and enjoy working with your hands in a team environment, this position could be a great fit.

Responsibilities

• Sort and organize pallets, boxes, plastic bins, and other materials
• Hand-stack products safely and accurately
• Load and unload materials manually
• Move pallets and materials throughout the facility
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Secure loads and maintain a safe work environment
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures

Required Qualifications

• Basic automotive, mechanical, or hands-on labor experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse or distribution center environments
• Familiarity with safety equipment and protocols

Physical Requirements

• Frequent lifting of 50–75 pounds
• Standing, walking, bending, stooping, and moving continuously throughout the shift
• Good balance and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and warehouse conditions
• Willingness to work overtime and flexible schedules when needed

Work Environment & Safety

• Indoor and outdoor work environments
• Exposure to heat, cold, dust, and other warehouse elements
• Required use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including safety shoes, eye protection, and hearing protection when applicable
• Safety-focused workplace with ongoing support and training
