Construction Project Manager

MRI Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager to support construction coordination efforts in Taylor, Tx. The Project Manager Construction oversees the planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring that all aspects, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems, are coordinated and completed on schedule and within budget. This role requires strong leadership and technical expertise to manage multidisciplinary teams and maintain project quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans
• Coordinate electrical system installation and integration
• Oversee mechanical component implementation
• Supervise HVAC system planning and execution
• Ensure proper plumbing installation throughout the project

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management or related field.
• 4-10+ years of experience in Construction Management, preferably in semiconductor, industrial or high-tech environments.
• Understanding of project workflows, cleanroom protocols, and construction systems.
• Experience with MS Project, Bluebeam, Procore, or similar project management tools.
• OSHA 10 or 30
• High Purity MEP Coordinator Experience (Semiconductor environment) is preferred, but not desired
• PMP Certification is desired, but not required
