We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee daily accounting operations and support the financial success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Process full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Execute and verify accurate payroll.
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts.
• Manage the general ledger and prepare journal entries.
• Perform timely and accurate month-end and year-end closes.
• Generate financial statements, budgets, and cash-flow reports.
• Maintain compliance with tax laws and regulatory reporting.
• Administer corporate insurance, licenses, and tax filings.

Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of accounting experience required
• Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting practices
• Experience with Sage 50 Software
• High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred
• Ability to sit, bend, and stoop as needed throughout the workday
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
