Branch Warehouse Associate

• Packing & Shipping: Focus heavily on preparing, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently.

• Logistics Support: Handle standard shipping processes and coordinate Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) shipments.

• Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, reach trucks, and other powered industrial (PI) equipment.

• Inventory Control: Utilize RF scanners to track inventory, pick orders, and maintain stock integrity.

• Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients or carriers in a customer-facing capacity during order pickups or drop-offs.

• Computer Literacy: Use warehouse management systems and computer software to log data, print labels, and track shipments.

• Housekeeping: Perform general maintenance duties to ensure a safe, clean, and organized workspace.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on warehouse experience.

• Equipment Proficiency: Proven experience operating RF Scanners, Forklifts, and Reach Trucks/PI equipment.

• Shipping Knowledge: Solid background in general shipping procedures and LTL shipping methods.

• Tech Skills: Basic computer proficiency for data entry and shipping software.

• Availability: Must be able to consistently work the 12:00 PM – 4:30 PM closing shift.
