Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and objectives
- Gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams
- Develop functional specifications and use cases
- Analyze data to inform strategic decisions and improvements
- Support project planning and execution through requirement validation
- Identify and recommend process improvements
- Assist in user acceptance testing and training
