About the Role:
Join Hand in Hand Home Care Solutions LLC as a Male HHA Caregiver in Oviedo, FL, where you will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. We are seeking compassionate individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional care and support in a nurturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care services to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist clients with daily living activities and mobility support.
- Administer medication and monitor health conditions as directed.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Document care provided and report any changes in client condition.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance caregiving skills.
- Support clients in social and recreational activities to promote well-being.
Requirements:
- Valid Home Health Aide certification or CNA License
- Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate demeanor with a focus on client-centered care.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
- Must have a Level 2 background screening
- Must have a Health statement dated within the last 6 months stating caregiver is "Free of Communicable disease:
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Required Certificates of Completion:
- Cultural Training
- HIPAA Training
- Self Administration of Medication training
- HIV/AID's training
- Alzheimers training
- Domestic Violence training
- Elder Abuse
