Crew Lead / Driver – Lawn Maintenance (Full-Time, Year-Round)

Lofton is currently hiring a full-time Crew Lead / Driver to join our lawn maintenance team.

We are seeking an experienced, dependable leader who can manage a lawn maintenance crew while working alongside the team to deliver high-quality service to our customers.

Position Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a lawn maintenance crew on a scheduled mowing route
• Operate company equipment and perform mowing, edging, blowing, and general property maintenance
• Ensure quality workmanship and efficient completion of daily routes
• Safely drive crew members and equipment to and from job sites
• Maintain a professional attitude and positive interactions with customers and team members

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Crew Lead or Team Lead with a reputable lawn care or landscaping company
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a crew
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work full-time
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

Position Details

• Full-time, year-round employment (not seasonal)
• Service areas include Mandeville, Madisonville, and Covington
• Typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Occasional weekend work may be required

Pay

• Starting at $17.00-$20.00 per hour, depending on experience
