We're a growing real estate media company serving the Minneapolis metro area. We provide professional photography and marketing media for real estate agents and homeowners.
We're looking for a dependable, friendly, and professional team member to join our field team.
No real estate photography experience required. Full paid training provided.

What You'll Do
- Travel to residential properties throughout the Minneapolis metro area
- Capture interior and exterior property photos using our proven systems
- Follow structured shot lists and company standards
- Provide an exceptional experience for homeowners and real estate agents
- Upload media after each appointment (editing is not required)
- Stay organized and manage your daily schedule effectively
- Represent the company professionally in the field

Customer service experience in retail, hospitality, restaurants, sales, or similar industries is highly valued.
Schedule & Availability
- Part-time position
- Approximately 15–20 hours per week to start
- Consistent weekday daytime availability required (10:00 AM–5:00 PM)
- Schedule varies based on client bookings
- Some days may be lighter while others are busier
- Occasional travel of up to 1–2 hours one way may be required
Important: Real estate schedules can change quickly. Flexibility, adaptability, and reliability are essential for success in this role.
Compensation
Paid Training
- $17/hour during training period (approximately 3–4 weeks)
After Training
- Standard photo shoots: $20 per unit
- Drone shoots: $25 per unit
- Additional compensation for video services and add-ons
- Mileage reimbursement: $0.30 per mile
Most properties are completed in 1–2 units.
