Graphics Designer

Our client is a growing small business looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about visual design, enjoys working on a variety of projects, and is eager to grow their skills in a collaborative environment.

Position Summary

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating engaging visual content for both print and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have design skills, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing materials including flyers, brochures, advertisements, banners, and promotional items.
• Create digital content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and online advertising.
• Develop and maintain brand consistency across all company materials.
• Collaborate with team members to create effective visual solutions that support business goals.
• Edit and retouch images for marketing and promotional use.
• Prepare production-ready artwork for print and digital distribution.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Stay current with design trends and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• 0–5 years of graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
• • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe InDesign (preferred)
• Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small-team environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and time-management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Basic knowledge of website graphics and digital marketing concepts.
• Photography, video editing, or motion graphics experience is a plus.
