Porter/Janitorial - Weekly Pay

We are currently seeking Porters to join our team! Porters are responsible for ensuring the aesthetic appeal of the community by keeping everything looking clean, nice, and in good repair. Starting Pay $18 per hour

Qualifications include great customer service, attention to detail, and reliability. No experience is necessary.

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Cleaning parking lots, sidewalks, and common areas (fitness equipment, pool furniture, laundry rooms, clubhouse, model, office, etc.).
• Power washing.
• Trash removal.
• Leaf blowing/light landscaping.
• Exterior paint/touch-up paint of banisters, lamp poles, curbs, etc.
