Assistant General Manager | Quick Service (College Station)

We are seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee operations at our fast-paced College Station location. In this role, you will own the shift floor, optimize labor costs, and maintain speed and accuracy during peak rushes. If you can manage a tight budget and lead a high-energy crew, this role is for you.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience as an Assistant General Manager, Shift Manager, or Team Lead in a high-volume QSR, fast-casual, or drive-thru environment.
• Hands-on leader who can motivate, train, and develop a high-energy crew (including a large student workforce) to deliver legendary guest service.
• Detail-oriented manager focused on product quality, food safety, and maintaining a spotlessly clean, fast-moving kitchen and drive-thru.
• Experience managing shift-level labor, controlling waste/inventory, and hitting operational metrics to drive profitability.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule, including the availability to work peak hours, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
