Welder Helper (Bilingual)

We’re looking for motivated, hands-on individuals to join our team as Welder Helpers in the Northwest Houston area. We’re seeking recent welding school graduates who are eager to learn, grow, and gain real-world experience in a fast-paced fabrication or industrial setting.

Responsibilities:

• Assist experienced welders with setup, positioning, and material handling
• Prep materials and tools for welding projects
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Perform basic measurements and cuts using a tape measure
• Operate basic shop tools under supervision

Requirements:

• Must be able to read a tape measure accurately down to the 16th
• Welding school certificate or recent graduation from a welding program is preferred
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Bilingual is required (Spanish/English)
