Job Description

Flute Instructor Wanted

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Flute Teacher to join our growing music education team. If you love helping students develop both musical ability and confidence, this might be your perfect next gig.

What You’ll Do

Teach private (and possibly small group) flute lessons to students of varying ages and skill levels
Create engaging, customized lesson plans tailored to each student’s goals
Foster a positive, encouraging learning environment
Communicate clearly with parents and staff regarding student progress
Participate in recitals, special events, and occasional workshops

What We’re Looking For

Strong proficiency on flute (music degree preferred, not required)
Experience teaching children and/or adults
Reliable, professional, and student-focused
Friendly personality—patience and positivity are must-haves
Ability to inspire practice without saying “you should practice” 14 times
