Marketing Specialist

We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Graphic Designer / Digital Marketing Specialist to work closely with our real estate professionals to continue and improve their outbound/inbound marketing goals. The ideal candidate will have experience with building digital newsletters via CANVA, HTML/CSS, CRM knowledge, and exemplary writing skills for original content generation.

The position also performs a range of administrative and marketing support duties related to the daily operations of the department. These duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Successfully coordinate, produce and execute digital marketing campaigns.
• Fulfill a variety of custom graphic design orders from flyers, property lookbooks, social media to editorial style magazines and print publication 
• Collaborate with content contributors, and writers for the creation of content.
• Work with internal departments who have business partner marketing initiatives to ensure alignment and bring their vision to life.
• Monitor trends and best practices as it relates to marketing communications in Real Estate.
• Make recommendations on standards, techniques and approaches to increase efficiency and performance of the team and SOP's
• Willingness to learn on the job and jump in to make things happen.

Additional Qualifications:

Required:

• Proficient in CANVA in all aspects of website design, AI, graphic design + More 
• Knowledge of Social Media Editing apps such as CapCut, Edits, etc. 
• Knowledge of AD Campaigns and how to execute and drive traffic and lead capture
• Proficient in branding and capable of capturing / creating a story line 
• Strong prioritization and project management skills.
• Excellent analysis and problem solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to service multiple brands.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Experience with email safe sending procedures.
• Knowledge of the Creative Adobe Suite. (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, etc.)
• Travel to our Colorado Offices will be a must for in person training of agents on our marketing tools
• Comfortable working one on one with agents in virtual and in person appointments for marketing assistance
• The ability to create trainings on social media and marketing best practices
• Ability to conversate in a professional matter with high level agents in matters of confidentiality 

Preferred:

• Real estate industry experience.
• Experience with CRM platforms.
• Confident experience in HTML, CSS or other languages.
• Associate’s degree or comparable real life work experience.
