Customer Service Representative – TopRx

Position Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at TopRx, you'll be the friendly voice our independent pharmacy partners rely on. You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, provide order support, and ensure customer satisfaction with efficiency and care. This role is all about empathy, problem-solving, and relationship building—with a bit of multitasking wizardry thrown in.
We have two shifts – 9:00 am – 6:00 pm and 10:00 am – 7:00 pm.
We also have a rotating weekend, fully staffed that’s one every 3rd or 4th weekend 10:00 am - 2:00 pm on Saturday.
• The CSR with the weekend shift splits Friday 5:00 – 8:30 pm + Saturday 10:00 am - 2:30 pm
• The weekend shift is work from home both days*
*All other shifts are in office.
What You'll Be Doing
• Responding to inbound calls from independent pharmacies placing orders or seeking support.
• Using our software to place and manage orders by phone and online.
• Reaching out proactively to provide updates, track shipments, or resolve issues.
• Solving problems efficiently using the latest tools and a helpful attitude.
• Collaborating with team members and staying current through ongoing training.

Position Qualifications
• Passion for delivering great service and solving problems.
• Dependability and accountability.
• Familiarity with Windows-based systems is a plus.
• Experience in a call center or customer service setting preferred.
• Strong listening skills and a desire to help.
