Job Description

Title: Recovery/Product Quality (JP00003564)

Duration: 3 Months with possible to extension

Shift: 1st shift 6.30 to 5.00 pm Monday-Friday Full time 34-40 per week

Payrate: $17.84 per hour On W2

Location: Spanaway, WA, USA, 98387

Description:

Reduce loss and waste on damaged goods as much as possible and facilitate repairs keeping the costs in line with the estimations
Perform investigations within 48 hours of receipt of request based on the information received from the Store Quality Techs
Complete all repairs according to the work order/protocol
Ensure a smooth pallet flow in the Repair/recovery Area
Provide optimum service for the Stores
Check all damages ensure all articles which are salable are packaged as close to the original packaging as possible
Create and monitor tracking reports measuring results and productivity
Contribute to an environment where Company culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of coworkers and customers.
Assume responsibility for other tasks and projects as assigned.
