Data Quality Clerk

Join our client's dynamic toll systems team in a vital role dedicated to ensuring the accurate, high-speed processing and verification of vehicle transaction data.

Compensation: $21.00 - $27.00/Hour DOE
Location: Manassas, VA
Schedule:Monday - Friday, 8:00A-5:00P

Responsibilities:

• Review and process a minimum of 450 toll transaction images per hour while maintaining a 99% accuracy rate.
• Verify license plate numbers, states, and vehicle classifications, updating system transactions accurately.
• Utilize enhancement tools to improve image quality and salvage uncollectable transactions.
• Manage and clear specialized queues, including Supervisor, Code-Off, Recon, Dispute, and Rate Gap queues.
• Assist supervisors with operational reporting, transaction re-rating, and investigating transaction rejections/adjustments.
• Conduct precise operational audits for the offsite team.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma, equivalent, or Associate Degree.
• Superior QWERTY keyboarding and 10-key data entry skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable with specialized PC-based software.
• High attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a proven ability to work well within a self-managed team structure.
• Experience in toll collection image review, data entry, administration, or customer service is a plus.
