Part-Time Director of Nursing – Home Health Agency

Established home health agency is seeking a qualified and compassionate Part-Time Director of Nursing (DON) to oversee clinical operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and support nursing staff

Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation regulations

Review and oversee patient care plans

Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities

Collaborate with physicians, referral sources, and agency leadership

Qualifications:

Current RN license in Pennsylvania

Home health experience required

Supervisory or management experience preferred

Knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation and home health regulations

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
