We are a family-owned and operated business seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Box Truck Driver to join our team. We pride ourselves on a stress-free work environment and value each of our employees.\n\nThis full-time position operates Monday through Friday, from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, and offers a competitive salary. As a driver, you will be responsible for:\n\n* Driving established routes within the counties surrounding Marion County.\n* Servicing up to 25 office locations per day.\n* Emptying paper from shredding consoles into wheeled recycling containers.\n* Removing biomedical waste containers and replacing with empty containers. \n* Transporting wheeled containers to the onsite shredding truck for immediate shredding.\n* Returning to our warehouse to offload shredded paper into our bailing system.\n\nTo be successful in this role, candidates must possess:\n\n* Proven commercial truck driving experience and route management\n* A clean driving record and safe driving skills.\n* The ability to handle physical workload, lift up to 80 lbs.\n* The ability to pass a background check and drug test.\n* Strong time management, communication, and customer service skills.\n* Field: This job operates in both garage, shop or plant conditions as well as in outside conditions that include inclement weather, heat and humidity.\n\nWe offer eight days of paid vacation and sick days per year for full-time employees.\nWe are closed for all major holidays.
