We are currently hiring a Billing & Inventory Clerk for a busy pipe and industrial supply company. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Process billing, invoices, and customer orders accurately
- Maintain and track inventory levels of pipe and related materials
- Match purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices
- Assist customers with order inquiries and product information
- Work closely with warehouse and operations teams
- Data entry and documentation using company systems
- Ensure inventory records are organized and up to date
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Basic knowledge of pipe descriptions, sizes, and materials (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Must have a valid Driver’s License
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Comfortable working in a warehouse/industrial environment
