Site Coordinator Construction

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking a Site Coordinator for an immediate opening in Woodford, VA.

• PAY: Up to $24.00/hr. (based upon experience)
• HOURS: Expected shifts will be 8.5-hour days starting at 7:00 AM
• SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday; approximately 40 hours per week
• START DATE: ASAP (Interviews being scheduled immediately)
• DURATION: 5-month assignment

Site Coordinator Job Description:

The Site Coordinator will work from the field office located onsite at the Kalahari Resort project in Woodford, VA. This individual will support the Superintendent and project team by handling administrative duties, scheduling meetings, taking meeting minutes, maintaining project records, and assisting with office operations. The Site Coordinator will also help ensure office equipment such as printers, internet, and communication systems remain operational and report issues as needed.

Qualifications for Site Coordinator:

• Previous administrative, project coordination, office management, or construction office experience preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Experience scheduling meetings and maintaining project documentation
• Ability to take accurate meeting minutes and distribute information professionally
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and general office equipment
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
• Must be able to perform job duties that require sitting, standing, walking job sites, bending, and lifting office supplies up to 25 lbs. as needed

Additional Requirements for Site Coordinator:

• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must have reliable transportation to the job site
• Pre-employment drug screen required
• Pre-employment background screening required
• Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while interacting with project personnel and visitors
