Job Description
Customer Service Representative Job Description:
PrideStaff is assisting a national manufacturer in search of a talented Customer Service Representative.
This position will report to the Customer Service Manager and work closely with other team members in
the branch entering customer orders, verifying inventory, and providing administrative assistance to the
Customer Service Manager as needed. The ideal person will have at least one year of experience in a
customer service role with data entry proficiency.
Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative:
- High volume data entry proficiency / accuracy
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Administrative experience / skills in Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams Meetings
- Professional verbal and written communication
- Professional telephone etiquette
- High school diploma or GED
