Core Requirements

• 
  Measurement: Proficient in using a tape measure, calipers, and micrometers.
  
• 
  Technical Skills: Ability to read/comprehend part drawings, Manufacturing Orders, and quality check sheets.
  
• 
  Math: Strong basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
  
• 
  Communication: Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
  
• 
  Physical: Capable of lifting and moving up to 100 lbs.
  
• 
  Reliability: High School Diploma/GED preferred and a track record of dependable attendance.
  

What You Will Do

• 
  Assist operators with machine setup and material coil loading.
  
• 
  Perform precision material handling including cutting, stacking, and banding.
  
• 
  Conduct quality checks against technical drawings and inspection sheets.
  
• 
  Operate Jib Cranes and manage exit-end racking setup/teardown.
  
• 
  Maintain the production flow by banding and wrapping finished products.
  
• 
  Ensure a safe, clean environment by maintaining equipment and work areas.
