Window Bond/Cleaner

Do you enjoy working with your hands to make tangible products that add a finishing touch to anyone’s vehicle-working as part of the worlds largest Automotive Convertible Top Group. Do you have an eye for color and a mind for details? Put your strengths to work as a Glass Bond Cleaner operator with our company. In this role, you will work as part of small team creating and assembling convertible tops in all the latest styles. In addition to operating machinery, you will learn solid construction and sew techniques working with a Group which has a combined experience of over 150 years suppling quality tops to all OEM Manufacturers.

Job Description for Window Bond Clean Operator

• Inspect and repair finished products as needed and make fine adjustments to compensate for errors or quality issues

• Attach elastic, cord, zippers, hooks, buttons and other trimmings to sewn pieces according to work order instructions and diagrams

• Must have an attention to Detail and a steady arm/hand to use scalping tools to finely trim and clean windows/tops Job Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Able to stand throughout shift

• Good physical (hand/eye) coordination Meet or exceed consistent daily and weekly output and quality goals Preferred:

• High school diploma or equivalent desired but not essential dependent on skill set

• Some experience in similar industries ideal but not a necessity
