This is not a high-stress position. However, it can be fast paced depending on the mail volume each day.
Day To Day Responsibilities
· These candidates will be working at an OPEX mail machine preparing and scanning hazard mail documents electronically for transfer to other departments for processing.
Personality Skills
· Pleasant, easy-going and able to work in a team environment.
Qualifications
· Attention to detail, able to sit for long periods of time and good hand/eye coordination.
· Prefers to work nights.
Responsibilities
· Prepping incoming electronic mail (E-Prep/FTP).
· Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Education
· High School Diploma or GED.
Knowledge And Skills
- Ability to sit for long periods of time.
- Basic Computer Skills and Comfortable using a computer.
- Ability to make good decisions.
- Organizational skills.
- Flexible to handle different assignments.
- Ability to learn multiple polies and procedures.
Traditional Role
- Shift Schedule - Full Time Monday-Friday 4:00PM-12:30AM.
- Dress Attire- Jeans, tennis shoes- No T-shirts with print.
- Able to lift 40lbs, able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time, good hand/eye coordination is key for this position.
- Sorting and organizing mail for the associates and processing some manual paperwork.
- Sitting at an opening machine, feeding the opened documents into the machines for scanning and some manual paperwork.
