Machine Operator (Graveyard)

Shifts Available:

• Swing Shift
• • 3:00 PM to 2:00 AM (Mon-Wed)
  • 3:00 PM – 10 PM (Thurs only)
  • Fridays off

Responsibilities for Machine Operator:

• Follow all work polices and standard operating procedures
• Set and meet daily and weekly production goals
• Exhibit acceptable interpersonal behavior with interacting with other employees, vendors, and customers.
• Troubleshoot quality problems and make appropriate corrections on machines
• Perform tasks quickly and efficiently
• Work independently and as part of a team

Requirements for Machine Operator:

• Must be able to pass a background check, credit check and drug test
• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Must be proficient with PC Skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• 1-2 years of manufacturing experience preferred but not required
• Physically able to stand, walk, and lift.
• Able to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Must be have clear vision (close Vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception).
