The Junior Business Analyst supports the analysis and documentation of business processes and requirements. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather data, assist in identifying business needs, and help design solutions that improve operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements
- Support the analysis of business processes to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives
- Help prepare reports and presentations for business reviews
- Participate in testing solutions to ensure they meet requirements
- Maintain clear communication between technical teams and business units
- Contribute to creating user manuals and training materials
