Production Associate

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the assembly and fabrication of products, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process. This position requires a strong work ethic, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively within an assembly line environment.

Duties

• Assemble components and products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Operate various hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Fabricate parts as needed for production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design specifications.
• Work on the assembly line, performing repetitive tasks while maintaining focus on quality control.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and improve processes.
• The Racker Team Member is responsible for affixing small aluminum parts onto titanium metal anodizing racks

Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred but not required. WE WILL TRAIN YOU!
• Familiarity with mechanical concepts and the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues is advantageous.
• Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment is a plus.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools effectively within a factory setting is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work are essential for success in this role.
