Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representatives - Remote

CTR Group is seeking Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representatives to work remotely for our client, FEMA, a Government agency. Must be eligible to obtain a public trust DoD clearance.

Candidates should be located in Arizona, Florida, Kansas, New Mexico, and Texas.

Pay Range: $19.90 - $23.01 per Hour (which includes health benefits).

SUMMARY:

We are seeking Remote Customer Service Representative (FEMA Support).

Work From Home | Full-Time

Make a difference by supporting a federal emergency response program that assists individuals and communities affected by natural disasters.

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will answer inbound calls, provide information, assist callers with questions, document interactions, and help connect people with available resources.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
• Previous call center experience preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish candidates encouraged to apply

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required
• Must be eligible to obtain a Federal Public Trust clearance
• Must pass a federal background investigation, including a credit check
• Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated workspace required

Operations run 24/7, including weekends and holidays. Flexible availability is required.
