Our Tampa office is growing, and we're looking for an Administrative Recruiting Coordinator to support our recruiting team through candidate screening, onboarding, documentation, and employee support.
The Opportunity
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment.
You will play a critical role in helping skilled tradespeople move through the hiring process by conducting initial screenings, collecting documentation, coordinating onboarding, and maintaining accurate records.
What You'll Do
- Conduct initial phone screenings with applicants
- Review applications and verify candidate qualifications
- Collect and process onboarding paperwork
- Maintain accurate employee records and database information
- Coordinate drug screens, certifications, and required documentation
- Communicate with candidates regarding job opportunities and hiring requirements
- Assist recruiters with candidate follow-up and scheduling
- Update notes and activity in company software systems
- Support recruiting and operations teams with administrative tasks
- Help ensure compliance with company policies and customer requirements
What We're Looking For
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent phone and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry accuracy
- Ability to prioritize and follow through on multiple tasks
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
- Previous administrative, customer service, staffing, recruiting support, or office experience preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
