TRAFFIC CONTROL SUPERVISOR

ABOUT US:

Northwest Traffic Control Services is a certified Women Business Enterprise providing professional traffic safety solutions in accordance with MUTCD standards. We specialize in traffic control planning, jobsite setup, and maintenance of traffic for construction projects. We also provide rental and sales of traffic control equipment, including attenuator trucks, arrow boards, message boards, drums, cones, barricades, and signage.

We are currently seeking a Traffic Control Supervisor to provide daily supervision of traffic control crews and field operations throughout Northern New Jersey. This role is responsible for overseeing jobsite setups, managing field employees, supporting safety compliance, maintaining equipment, communicating with customers, and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.

COMPENSATION:

• Salary range: $60,000–$65,000 per year

• Overtime opportunities are available for hours worked over 40 in a workweek

SCHEDULE

This is a full-time position. The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Occasional overtime may be required based on business and project needs.

Compensation details: 60000-65000 Yearly Salary
