Immediate Opening – Manufacturing Environment
PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE DIRECT EXPERIENCE USING FEDEX SHIP MANAGER.
We are looking for an experienced Shipping & Receiving Clerk who has worked with FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip, and LTL freight shipments.
Required Experience (Must Have)
- Minimum 2 years of Shipping & Receiving experience
- Direct experience creating shipping labels using FedEx Ship Manager (REQUIRED)
- Direct experience creating shipping labels using UPS WorldShip (REQUIRED)
- Experience processing domestic and international shipments
- Experience coordinating LTL freight shipments
- Strong data entry skills, including entering customer names, addresses, package dimensions, and shipment weights
- Experience obtaining shipping quotes using FedEx, UPS, and freight carrier systems
Responsibilities
- Create shipping labels using FedEx Ship Manager and UPS WorldShip
- Process inbound and outbound domestic and international shipments
- Coordinate LTL freight shipments
- Prepare shipping documentation and bills of lading
- Provide shipping quotes as requested
- Maintain shipping records using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Support daily shipping and receiving operations
Preferred
- Forklift experience
- Manufacturing or distribution experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
Applicants without direct FedEx Ship Manager experience will not be considered.
