What You Will Do:
- Provide leadership and support to team members to ensure quality standards are upheld
- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions
- Support process enhancement initiatives using established methodologies
- Contribute to developing and maintaining quality systems related to new or existing products and processes
- Communicate findings and progress to various levels within the organization, including leadership
What You Will Need to Be Successful:
- Bachelor degree aligned with technical or quality disciplines
- Several years of experience in manufacturing or quality roles
- Leadership experience is advantageous
- Openness to ongoing learning and development
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment focused on continuous improvement
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across teams
- Experience in team leadership or management (preferred)
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (preferred)
- Certifications or training related to quality management (preferred)
- Project management experience (preferred)
