Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are seeking a Nurse LPN to join our team! You will be responsible for delivering high quality care to assigned patients.
Responsibilities:
- Complete Medical Intakes
- Provide basic patient care and treatment
- Collaborate with psychiatrist and RN to prescribe medications
- Complete Nursing Screens
- Educate and update patients on medical treatments
- Conduct medication counts
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be licensed
