Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Long Term Care (LTC)

Location: Garrison, ND

Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours per Week

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Long Term Care (LTC) assignment. The RN will provide compassionate nursing care to residents while serving as a charge nurse, administering medications, performing wound care, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Perform wound assessments and wound care.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes appropriately.
• Serve as charge nurse and coordinate resident care activities.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapy staff, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and nursing standards.
