Housekeeper - Full-time / Part-time

Searching for somebody to deep clean our house quarterly. There is only carpet in two bedrooms, we would like the carpet in the master bedroom deep cleaned, it is around 500 sq ft. The other room with carpet would be left alone. We have real wood flooring so the cleaners used on the wood will need to be wood-friendly. There is also a small dog and long haired cat. A deep cleaning of the showers is also important.
