Job Title: Warehouse Worker / Delivery Driver
Job Description
This hybrid role combines general warehouse duties with non-CDL delivery driving using vans and box trucks. You will work in a busy but organized warehouse, using RF scanners and material handling equipment to pick, pack, load, and unload inventory, while also supporting deliveries as needed. The team values reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic, and is willing to train candidates who bring solid warehouse and driving experience.
Responsibilities
- Use RF scanners to accurately pick and process customer orders from a high-volume inventory environment.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload products safely.
- Perform general warehouse duties, including picking, packing, labeling, staging, and organizing inventory.
- Load and unload trucks, vans, and box trucks, ensuring products are secure and handled with care.
- Assist with delivery driving in non-CDL vans and box trucks, transporting materials to customer or job sites as needed.
- Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Inspect delivery vehicles before and after use, reporting any issues or concerns to the appropriate contact.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse work area, including proper storage of materials and equipment.
- Work collaboratively with a small team of warehouse staff to meet daily production and shipping goals.
- Demonstrate consistent reliability by arriving on time, working scheduled shifts, and minimizing unscheduled absences.
- Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines related to warehouse operations, equipment use, and driving.
- Assist with basic inventory control tasks, such as counting, restocking, and locating materials as needed.
Essential Skills
- At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
- 1–2 years of delivery driving experience with non-CDL vehicles such as vans or box trucks.
- Hands-on experience using RF scanners for picking or inventory tasks.
- Proven warehouse experience, including picking, packing, loading, and unloading.
- Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks or willingness to learn under guidance.
- Experience with loading and unloading trucks and securing materials for transport.
- Comfort driving delivery vehicles safely in various traffic and weather conditions.
- Strong reliability and punctuality, with a consistent record of showing up on time and avoiding frequent call-outs.
- Ability to perform general labor and material handling tasks, including lifting and moving boxes regularly.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and production workflows.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Willingness to learn and be trained on forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
- Experience with warehouse pick/pack and production environments.
- Familiarity with inventory handling and organization in a high-volume warehouse.
- Ability to work effectively in a small team of warehouse associates.
- Strong attention to detail when picking, packing, and loading orders.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with warehouse staff and delivery contacts.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with a large volume of boxes and materials.

Work Environment
You will work in a packed but well-organized maintenance material warehouse with a large volume of boxes and inventory. The facility maintains a comfortable climate that is neither excessively hot nor cold. Daily work involves frequent use of RF scanners, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment, as well as loading and unloading trucks, vans, and box trucks. The role follows a general warehouse schedule (exact hours may vary by assignment) and includes time both inside the warehouse and on the road completing deliveries. The environment is active and hands-on, requiring regular movement, lifting, and coordination with a small team of warehouse colleagues.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
