Description

  • Seeking an experienced Clinical Director (RN) to lead our clinical team and help deliver exceptional end-of-life care to patients and families throughout Massachusetts.

  • This leadership role is ideal for a hospice professional who is passionate about quality care, team development, regulatory excellence, and supporting patients with dignity and compassion.

  • You will oversee all clinical operations, mentor nursing staff, lead quality initiatives, and work alongside an experienced leadership team to ensure outstanding patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Current Massachusetts RN license

  • Minimum 2 years of healthcare leadership experience

  • Hospice experience strongly preferred

  • Knowledge of Medicare Hospice regulations and compliance

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
