Job Description
Job Summary Th e Manufacturing Tech II works from schematics, diagrams, layouts, and defined plans to perform design, test, checkout, modification, fabrication, and assembly tasks. This role supports engineers in set-up, calibration, rework, and quality testing of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies. The position may also assist in developing methods and procedures to improve manufacturing processes and collect design data for research purposes. Key Responsibilities P erform design and assembly tasks using manufacturing test development or diagnostic equipment Coordinate with engineers for set-up, calibration, rework, and quality testing Assist in process development to control or modify manufacturing processes Collect design data and support research activities Ensure quality standards are met for production of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies Required Qualifications Hig h school diploma or GED equivalent Prior assembly experience Strong attention to detail Experience using hand tools in a manufacturing environment Ability to work effectively in a team environment Education: High School
