Job Summary Th e Financial Planning Analyst (FPA) supports clinical trial planning through comprehensive budgeting, benchmarking, and financial analysis. This role is responsible for developing program- and study-level budget scenarios, translating operational assumptions (e.g., number of sites, countries, timelines, and enrollment) into financial clinical trial forecasts, and supporting decision-making across clinical programs. The FPA collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, transparent, and high-quality budget outputs, while contributing to continuous improvement of budgeting methodologies an d tools. Key Responsibilities Devel op program- and study-level budget scenarios for clinical trials. Translate operational assumptions into financial forecasts. Provide financial analysis to support decision-making across clinical programs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and transparency in budget outputs. Contribute to the improvement of budgeting methodologies and tools. Required Qualifications B achelor’s degree (minimum requirement). 2 years of relevant work experience. Previous experience with clinical trial budgeting tools such as IQVIA Investigator Grant or Medidata Grant Manager. Strong understanding of clinical trials and protocols, including schedules of assessments and site needs. High-level understanding of financial impacts (no formal accounting required). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to quickly learn and utilize AI tools. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Oracle Clear Trial. Familiarity with fair market value considerations for clinical trial purposes. Education: Bachelors Degree
