Job Description
First Shift | Climate-Controlled Warehouse | Steady Work
Position OverviewWe are seeking experienced Forklift Operators to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. In this role, you’ll be responsible for loading, unloading, moving, and organizing inventory while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and quality.
You’ll play a key role in keeping products flowing smoothly from receiving through shipping.
What You’ll Do- Operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks to move, load, and unload materials
- Receive incoming shipments and verify SKU numbers, quantities, and quality
- Stock and organize inventory in bulk locations
- Consolidate products with matching SKUs for efficiency and space optimization
- Replenish pick zones and support order fulfillment
- Pick and prepare products for shipment using RF scanners
- Stage and stack pallets for outgoing loads
- Work closely with inventory control teams to resolve discrepancies
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
- 1–2+ years of forklift experience
- Experience with:
- Forklifts and/or electric pallet jacks
- Shipping & receiving
- Order picking and inventory control
- Ability to use RF scanners and basic computer systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly
- Comfortable standing, walking, and moving throughout the shift
- Team player with a strong work ethic and safety mindset
- 2+ years of experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment
- Prior certification or experience operating powered industrial vehicles (PIV)
- Comfortable working at heights (multi-level racking systems)
- Order selector experience
- Climate-controlled, modern warehouse environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
