Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education Teaching License in Rhode Island (mild-moderate or severe certification; MA license also considered)

Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to elementary-aged students in grades 3–4

- Foster a nurturing, safe, and encouraging classroom environment with a strong support staff presence (1:3 ratio)
- Regularly communicate with families, related service providers, and other school staff
- Leverage ongoing professional training to enhance instructional practices and student outcomes
