Job Description
The Industrial Maintenance Technician will be responsible for executing preventive maintenance, diagnosing and resolving equipment issues, programming and troubleshooting automated equipment, conducting quality checks, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The role requires expertise in various technical areas including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Responsibilities
- Execute preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Program and troubleshoot automated equipment such as PLCs, HMIs, and robots.
- Calibrate instruments and install or repair equipment as needed.
- Conduct quality checks and develop or revise standard operating procedures.
- Document changes and maintain the computerized maintenance management system.
- Provide emergency and scheduled repairs, track parts and tools, and ensure their availability for projects.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, complying with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Utilize various tools and equipment including forklifts and scissor lifts.
- Expertise in robotics, hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical systems, and electrical troubleshooting.
- Experience in preventive maintenance and automation.
- Proficiency in PLC and HMI programming.
- Ability to read blueprints and diagrams.
- Hand and power tool experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with PLCs and HMIs.
- Minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Experience with robotic equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
- Ability to provide your own set of basic tools.

Work Environment
The work environment is non-climate controlled, requiring teamwork with six other maintenance technicians. The dress code includes jeans, steel-toed boots, and a t-shirt. Additional personal protective equipment is provided. The shift runs from 7 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Friday.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $68000.00/yr.
