Customer Service RepAbout the Role
We are partnering with a growing marketing support company specializing in promotional products, print, direct mail, and fulfillment services. They are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support both clients and the sales team.
This is a great temp to hire opportunity to join a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your work has a direct impact.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary contact for clients—handling inquiries, quotes, and product recommendations
- Support outside sales with proposals, order management, and follow-ups
- Source products from vendors and coordinate pricing and timelines
- Manage projects from order through fulfillment, including print and direct mail campaigns
- Oversee shipping, inventory, and logistics for client orders
- Handle billing, invoices, and CRM updates
- Resolve issues and build strong client relationships
- 2+ years in customer service, sales support, or account management
- Experience in promotional products, printing, or similar industry a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
