Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans for students as required by IEPs
• Deliver direct and consultative physical therapy services within classroom, group, and one-on-one settings
• Monitor progress and maintain detailed, timely documentation on each student's outcomes
• Work collaboratively with educators, school staff, and families to support students’ success
• Provide strategies, modifications, and training to staff in support of student access and participation
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the interdisciplinary team
