A respected, mission-driven healthcare organization is seeking compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioners to join our growing primary care team in Southeast Missouri. We currently have opportunities available in Doniphan, Eminence, and Poplar Bluff, Missouri.

Position Responsibilities
•Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients with acute and chronic health conditions.
•Conduct patient evaluations, including medical histories, physical assessments, and diagnostic interpretation.
•Diagnose, treat, and manage a broad range of medical conditions within the Nurse Practitioner scope of practice.
•Develop individualized treatment plans and provide preventive care and wellness education.
•Counsel patients and families on disease management, health maintenance, and lifestyle modifications.
•Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care.
•Make referrals to specialists and community resources when appropriate.
•Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
•Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education activities.
Qualifications
Required
•Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
•Active Nurse Practitioner license in Missouri or eligibility to obtain Missouri licensure.
•Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
•Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
•Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification.
•Strong computer and EMR documentation skills.
Preferred
•National Board Certification (ANCC, AANP, or equivalent).
•Previous experience in Primary Care, Family Practice, Community Health, or Rural Health settings.
•ACLS certification.
•Excellent communication, clinical assessment, and patient education skills.
