Client Location: Sioux Falls, South Dakota 57108
Expected Duration:6-12Months contract, Possibility of conversion
Anticipated Start Date: ASAP
Pay rate – 15-16/hr on W2
Job Description:
• Handle diverse work requests from multiple sources, which may be complex and subject to tight deadlines.
• Administer defined procedures, conduct analysis, and prepare reports, with work thoroughly reviewed by a more senior incumbent.
• Assess risk in business decisions, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhere to policy, and apply sound ethical judgment in personal behavior, conduct, and business practices.
• Escalate, manage, and report control issues with transparency.
• Extract data from legal documents.
Experience and Qualifications
• Experience working in a corporate legal department, law firm, financial services, consulting, technology firm, or a related industry.
• Knowledge of legal customs and practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other applications, including PDF files.
• Demonstrated attention to detail.
• Experience working with legal documents.
