General Laborers

BUILDING CONSTRUCTION MODULERS - GENERAL LABORERS NEEDED!!

Starting pay is $17.00 - $19.00 BOE

General Laborers to support multiple departments in the construction of modular buildings. We are looking for dependable individuals who are ready to work with their hands, learn new skills, and grow within the company. Candidates may be assigned to departments such as Flooring, Plumbing, Electrical, Framing, Interiors, Exteriors, or Final Finish depending on experience and company needs. No prior modular construction experience is required we will train motivated candidates.

Department Responsibilities

Flooring

• Install vinyl, tile, and other flooring materials

• Measure, cut, and fit flooring to specifications

• Assist with prep work such as leveling and cleaning surfaces

Plumbing

• Assist with installation of water lines, drains, and fixtures

• Support plumbers with basic assembly and material handling

• Follow safety and compliance standards

Electrical

• Assist with running wiring, installing outlets, switches, and fixtures

• Support electricians with tools and materials

• Follow all safety procedures

Framing

• Measure, cut, and assemble wood or metal framing

• Build walls, floors, and structural components

• Use hand and power tools

Interiors (Finish Work)

• Install drywall, trim, doors, cabinets, and T-grid

• Perform caulking, painting, and finishing work

• Ensure quality and detail in final appearance

Exteriors

• Assist with installation of insulation, siding, roofing, and exterior panels

• Apply weatherproofing materials and sealants

• Support exterior finishing and structural assembly

Final Finish

• Perform detailed touch-ups and final inspections

• Install cove base, hardware, and final fixtures

• Clean and prepare units for delivery

• Ensure overall quality meets company standards

General Responsibilities

• Use hand and power tools safely

• Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Construction, or general labor experience preferred but not required

• Willingness to learn and take direction

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Basic tool knowledge is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and work on feet for long periods

• Lift up to 50 lbs

• Bend, stoop, climb, and perform repetitive tasks

• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment

Schedule

• Monday – Friday sometimes Saturday

• Shift: 7AM – 5:30PM
