Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Step into an engaging role supporting the academic and personal growth of students from kindergarten through 12th grade as a full-time School Psychologist. This contract position spans the 2026-2027 academic year, beginning in August and concluding in June, offering the opportunity to collaborate directly with educators, families, and students in a vibrant, onsite educational environment.
Your expertise will help foster nurturing school communities and positive student outcomes across a diverse range of grade levels. Embracing a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours each week, you’ll make a tangible difference in students’ educational journeys and well-being.
Key Qualifications:
- Credentialed or licensed as a School Psychologist
- Experience working with K-12 student populations
- Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective intervention plans
- Collaborative approach with multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret results
- Provide individual and small-group counseling to address academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team recommendations
- Consult with teachers, staff, and parents regarding strategies and resources to support student success
- Support school-wide initiatives for safe, inclusive, positive learning environments
- Maintain accurate records and prepare required documentation in a timely manner
