Location: Santa Rosa, California
Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (various start times available between 7:45 AM - 9:30 AM), 40 guaranteed hours per week. Weekends not required. No call required.

- Manageable daily caseload: 6 infusions plus 1-2 port draws per day in a 20-bed unit

- Work with adult and geriatric hematology/oncology patient population

- Active California Registered Nurse license
- Minimum 1 year of oncology/infusion outpatient experience required
- Current BLS certification
- Oncology certification (ONCC or ONS) required
- Proficiency with Alaris Infusion Pumps and CADD Ambulatory Pumps
- Epic charting system experience preferred
- Competencies in chemotherapy administration, blood product administration, port management, central line care, and oncology emergency protocols
- Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
